Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ScytheRadar ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information. By using this service you agree to this policy.
1. What information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account information: the email address and password you register with (stored encrypted), and your referrer (if applicable).
- Wallet information: the on-chain wallet address used for top-ups, used only to reconcile incoming payments and settle balances.
- Query information: the contract addresses and wallet addresses you submit, used only to generate the corresponding reports.
1.2 Information we record automatically
- Log information: IP address, access time and browser type, used for security and rate limiting (anti-farming, anti-abuse).
- Session information: the login token, used to keep you signed in.
2. How we use information
- To provide and improve core services such as check-ups, monitoring and reports.
- To process transactions such as top-ups, purchases and refunds.
- To send necessary account-related notifications (e.g. password-reset codes, monitoring alerts).
- Security: to identify and block malicious attacks, farming and abuse.
We will not:sell your email address, wallet addresses or query history to any third party, nor use them to send you marketing unrelated to the product.
3. How information is stored and protected
- Data is stored on our servers (located in Singapore); passwords are processed with irreversible encryption (hashing).
- We apply reasonable technical measures (transport encryption, access control) to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. The special nature of on-chain data
Transaction data on a blockchain is public and cannot be deleted. Actions you take on-chain (transfers, token trades) are inherently publicly visible and fall outside the scope of our privacy protection. We recommend managing your on-chain identity and addresses carefully.
5. Information sharing
We share your information only in the following cases:
- Legal requirement: in response to lawful requests from judicial or regulatory authorities.
- Service necessity: with technical service providers essential to core functionality (such as on-chain data APIs), who are required to observe confidentiality obligations.
6. Your rights
- You can change your email and password at any time in your account.
- You can request deletion of your account data by emailing contact@scytheradar.com. Once deleted, your purchased entitlements and credits are cleared as well, and cannot be restored.
7. Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time; updates will be posted on this page. For material changes we will notify you via an in-site notice or email.
