Welcome to ScytheRadar. By using this service (the website and all of its features) you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Nature of the service

ScytheRadar is an on-chain data analysis and anti-scam tool, offering token contract check-ups, address profiling, market scanning and monitoring alerts. What we provide is data and risk signals — not investment advice, and not a trading platform.

2. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your password and email secure. If your account is compromised or credits are lost through your own actions, we will assist where we can but accept no liability.
You must not use this service for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or facilitating criminal offences.
You must not attack, scrape or reverse-engineer this service, or farm or abuse its APIs.

3. Credits and top-ups

SC (ScytheRadar Credits) is the in-site credit unit, 1 SC = $0.1. Top-ups are denominated in USDT, 1 USDT = 10 SC.
Top-ups are on-chain and therefore irreversible. Always confirm the chain and address before transferring.
SC can only be spent on in-site services; withdrawal or exchange for fiat currency is not supported.

4. Reports and data

We make every effort to keep data accurate and current, but on-chain data and third-party APIs can lag or fail — we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.
Report conclusions are generated automatically from public data for risk reference only and do not constitute any recommendation to invest, buy or sell.
Historical state queries such as deploy time are limited by archive node capability; when nothing can be found we mark it "unconfirmed" rather than supply false data.

5. Refund policy

Generated reports and activated services are in principle non-refundable, since the content has already been delivered.
For duplicate charges or top-ups that never arrived due to system faults, we will re-issue or refund after verification — contact contact@scytheradar.com.

6. Intellectual property

The code, interface, report templates and analysis logic of this service are our intellectual property. No copying, redistribution or commercial use without authorisation.

Exception: the commercial licence included in a paid plan (including B2B API subscriptions, case reports and autopsy reports) means we authorise you to use the data and reports produced by this service within that plan's scope in your own product or business, and to decide how those outputs are presented (including whether to credit the source). The exact scope of the licence follows the entitlements published on the corresponding plan page.

7. Disclaimer
